I’m Dr. Amir Miodovnik, a developmental-behavioral pediatrician dedicated to supporting each child’s unique growth and development. I trained in Developmental‐Behavioral Pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Prior to that, I completed fellowships in Pediatric Environmental Health at Mount Sinai and earned my MPH, followed by advanced training in developmental-behavioral care.

From there, I served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and worked as an Attending Physician in the Center for Development and Learning at Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore. My time in these roles deepened my expertise in diagnosing and treating developmental delays, autism, ADHD, learning differences, and behavioral concerns.

With over 20 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping families navigate diagnoses and build personalized, evidence-based care plans. I believe every child deserves thoughtful, compassionate care—and I’m honored to partner with parents on that journey.

About Our Practice

If you're here, chances are you’ve already been searching for answers—and maybe running into waitlists, dead ends, or a string of referrals that still haven’t gotten your child the help they need. That’s a common story I hear from families, and it’s exactly why this practice was created. As a developmental-behavioral pediatrician, I take the time to understand the whole child—not just the diagnosis or the symptoms. My role is to help connect the dots between behavior, development, learning, and emotional health so we can create a care plan that truly fits your child.

By working outside the limitations of insurance, I’m able to offer longer appointments, quicker access, and a more thoughtful, responsive experience. You won’t have to wait months for a first visit or feel rushed during appointments. Instead, you’ll have a dedicated partner who listens deeply, explains clearly, and works with you to support your child’s growth with compassion and clinical expertise. Families come here because they’re ready for a different kind of care—one that puts their child at the center of the process.
